Ø Customization: Offering a range of memorial options, including headstones, wall of remembrance, and potentially even interment options beyond traditional grave space, contributing to the overall well-being of the community by offering a dignified and accessible place for remembrance and can also be a long-term asset, providing a consistent revenue stream for Forest Memoir.
Ø Biodegradable materials: With an aim to preserve the natural landscape, Forest Memoir acknowledges the broader societal push towards environmental conservation, incorporating technology into the memorial process. Cemeteries are to be redesigned to serve multiple purposes. By hosting community events, such as outdoor events, movies, yoga classes, and art installations, these spaces will provide value to the living while honoring the deceased.
We intend to partner with the reputable Developer for the construction and development of cemeteries.
Our pricing will accommodate various levels within the community and believe that the prices are affordable, and payment options of up to 60 months are proposed. We plan to launch 16 cemeteries within a period of 5 years, and each cemetery will have identifiable 5 Estates within the property.
The Cemetery will ultimately be owned by the buyers of the graves, and care & maintenance will be catered through the HOA model through an NPC vehicle for each cemetery.
