Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) incorporating the summarised Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 will be distributed to the shareholders on Friday, 18 October 2024. The Notice of AGM and the audited Annual Financial Statements are available on the Company’s website at www.wbho.co.za.

Notice is hereby given that the 42^nd Annual General Meeting of WBHO will be held entirely by way of an electronic participation platform (www.smartagm.co.za) on Thursday, 21 November 2024 at 11:00.

The following dates apply to the AGM:

Record date for shareholders to receive the Notice of the AGM	Friday, 11 October 2024
Last day to trade, to be entitled to attend, participate and vote at the AGM	Tuesday, 12 November 2024
Record date for shareholders to be able to attend, participate and vote at the AGM	Friday, 15 November 2024
Last day to register for electronic participation	Tuesday, 19 November 2024
Electronic and postal delivery for completed proxies	Wednesday, 20 November 2024
