Further to the previous renewal of cautionary announcement, dated 20 November 2024, shareholders are advised that the disposal of a minority shareholding in a subsidiary (“the Transaction”) referred to therein is still in progress.

Shareholders are advised that the negotiations are still underway, and should the negotiations be successfully concluded, the Transaction may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
