| In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding period. |
| The STADIO Group utilises core headline earnings to measure and benchmark the underlying performance of the business. Core headline earnings represent headline earnings adjusted for certain non-recurring items that, in the view of the Company’s board of directors (“Board”), may distort the financial results from period to period. |
| Shareholders are advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that, for the six months ended 30 June 2025: |
- Earnings per share (“EPS”) will be between 20.0 cents and 21.6 cents, being between 22.7% and 32.5% higher than the EPS of 16.3 cents reported for the six months ended 30 June 2024.

- Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) will be between 19.9 cents and 21.5 cents, being between 22.8% and 32.7% higher than the HEPS of 16.2 cents reported for the six months ended 30 June 2024.

- Core HEPS will be between 19.9 cents and 21.5 cents, being between 22.8% and 32.7% higher than the Core HEPS of 16.2 cents reported for the six months ended 30 June 2024.

| The interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 are expected to be published on or about Thursday, 28 August 2025. |
