ST Engineering: Notice Of Record Date And Dividend Payment Date

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Transfer Books and Register of Members of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (the “Company”) will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 27 November 2024 up to (and including) 28 November 2024 to determine members’ entitlement to the proposed interim one-tier tax exempt dividend for the third quarter ended 30 September 2024 (“3Q24 Interim Dividend”) of 4 cents for every ordinary share held.

Duly completed transfers in respect of ordinary shares of the Company together with all relevant documents of title received by the Company’s share registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 9 Raffles Place #26-01 Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619 up to 5.00 p.m. on 27 November 2024 will be registered to determine members’ entitlement to the 3Q24 Interim Dividend. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares of the Company as of 5.00 p.m. on 27 November 2024 will be entitled to the 3Q24 Interim Dividend. The proposed 3Q24 Interim Dividend will be paid on 10 December 2024.
