Spark New Zealand: Announces a change to the Spark Board.

Spark New Zealand Chair Justine Smyth announced today that Alison Barrass will not be seeking re-election at Spark's Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 1 November 2024, and will be stepping down from the Spark Board, effective from the close of the meeting.

Alison is currently Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and sits on the Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee.

“The Board and I would like to thank Alison for her valuable contribution over the last eight years," said Justine.

The Spark Board has an ongoing succession programme and will continue to consider the relevant skills and experience required to support Spark in delivering its 3-year strategy to 2026.
