Eastern Platinum (Eastplats) is a mid-tier platinum group metals (PGM) and chrome producer with assets located along South Africa’s Bushveld Complex, the world’s largest known PGM resource.Formed in 2003, Eastplats has acquired a portfolio of high-grade platinum, palladium and rhodium-rich deposits.Eastplats is a responsible, value-driven and innovative PGM and chrome mining and exploration group. Eastplats aims to create value for all stakeholders through its exceptional assets.The current portfolio includes the Crocodile River Mine on the Western limb and Mareesburg, Spitzkop and Kennedy’s Vale on the Eastern limb. Eastplats is also engaged in the exploration, development, mining and potential acquisition of further high-quality PGM and chrome assets.Eastplats has significant PGM  and chrome resources. Through its growth strategy, the company aims to increase production to 60 000 ounces of PGM’s per annum by 2025.
