Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on 5 February 2025 and 15 August 2025 in respect of the Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 distributions of existing shares to shareholders. The dates below apply in South Africa, with respect to the distributions:

The Tranche 1 distribution has been concluded based on one (1) new ordinary share of 50 kobo each for every twelve (12) existing ordinary shares of 50 kobo each held by members as at the Tranche 1 Record Date.

A further announcement will be published in respect of the ratio, finalisation and distribution date of the Tranche 2 distribution.

All shares that are caused to be distributed shall be distributed within a period of 36 months commencing 30th January, 2025.

South African shareholders are advised to consult their own tax and/or professional advisors to understand the tax implications of the distributions.
