By paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Novus Holdings (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms Lulama Mtanga will resign as the lead independent non-executive director, chair of the Social and Ethics Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company, with effect from 31 March 2025.
Ms Mtanga has served on the Board for over seven years and the Board would like to thank her for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
Furthermore, shareholders are advised that Ms Pitsi Mnisi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 1 April 2025.
Ms Mnisi is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and her other qualifications include BCom, BCom (Hons) Acc, BCom (Hons) Tax, Advanced Certificate in Emerging Markets and Country Risk Analysis (Fordham University, New York) and an MBA from HeriotWatt University (Edinburgh, United Kingdom). She brings diverse professional experience across various industries. She is the founder and managing director of a consulting and corporate finance advisory business, Lynshpin Cedar, as well as a co-founder and executive director of an investment holding business, Mcorp Investments. She currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Super Group Limited, African Rainbow Minerals Limited and Nampak Limited.
