Novus Holdings Limited: Change In Company Secretary

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Kilgetty Statutory Services (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“Kilgetty”) has been replaced by Acorim Proprietary Limited (“Acorim”)as the company secretary of Novus Holdings, with effect from 18 November 2024.

The board of directors of Novus Holdings (“the Board”) is satisfied that Acorim has the experience, qualifications and expertise to fulfil the role of company secretary.

The Board would like to thank the outgoing company secretary, Kilgetty, for its service over the years.
