Nictus Holdings Limited: Changes to the board of directors

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the NSX, the board of directors ("the Board") wishes to inform shareholders of the appointment of Ms. Corlia A. Snyman as Group Financial Director, in line with the Group's succession strategy. She has taken over from Mr. Wilmar O. Fourie, who stepped down as Director of the Company, effective 19 September 2024.

Ms. Snyman, who was appointed to the Board on 16 July 2024, brings extensive expertise in financial services. The Board congratulates Ms Snyman on her appointment and wishes her success in her new role.

Mr. Fourie has been with the Nictus Group since 2007, serving 15 of those years as Financial Director. Following his resignation from the Nictus Board, effective 19 September 2024, he will continue his service to the Group, focusing his efforts as Managing Director of the Group’s Property Segment.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Fourie for his invaluable contribution as a Director of the Company and looks forward to his continued contributions and successes in his new role within the Property Segment.
