Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 5 September 2024, wherein shareholders were advised of the appointment of Mr William Mzimba as an independent non-executive director and member of the Nedbank Group IT Committee with effect from 1 October 2024.

Due to personal circumstances, Mr Mzimba is regrettably no longer available to serve as an independent non-executive director of the Nedbank Group and accordingly will no longer join the Nedbank Group and Nedbank boards.
