Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited: Withdrawal Of Cautionary Announcement

Shareholders are referred to the Business Update, Trading Statement and Cautionary Announcement (“the Cautionary Announcement”) published on the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 5 November 2024, as well as the Business Update and Voluntary Suspension of Trading of Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited’s shares, published on SENS on 22 November 2024.

Shareholders are advised that considering the voluntary suspension of trading in the Group’s shares, the Cautionary Announcement is withdrawn.

The Group will continue to keep stakeholders informed on the progress of the business rescue proceedings of Murray & Roberts Limited, a subsidiary of Murray & Roberts and the upliftment of the suspension of trading in the Group’s shares in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements or whenever it may be appropriate to do so.
