Declaration of dividend number 42

Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 42 has been declared by the Board from income reserves for the period 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025, amounting to a gross preference dividend of 419.05246 cents per preference share payable to holders of the non-redeemable non-cumulative non-participating preference shares as recorded in the books of the Company at the close of business on Friday 28 November 2025.

The relevant dates for the payment of dividend number 42 are as follows:

Last day to trade cum-dividend: Tuesday 25 November 2025

Shares commence trading ex-dividend: Wednesday 26 November 2025

Record date: Friday 28 November 2025

Payment date: Wednesday, 3 December 2025

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday 26 November 2025 and Friday 28 November 2025, both dates inclusive, nor may transfers between the Botswana and/or Namibia share register/s and the South African branch register take place between Wednesday 26 November 2025 and Friday 28 November 2025, both dates inclusive.
