Notice of Hybrid AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 AGM of Implats shareholders will be held in person at 2 Fricker Road, Illovo and through electronic participation on Wednesday, 30 October 2024 at 10:00 South African Standard Time (SAST), to consider, and if deemed fit, pass without modification, the resolutions set out in the notice of the AGM.

The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:
