Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the Stock Exchange News Service on 19 June 2025, in which they were advised that the proposed change of the Company’s name from HomeChoice International plc to Weaver Fintech Ltd (“Change of Name”) had been approved by shareholders at the general meeting convened for this purpose.

Shareholders are now advised that the special resolution relating to the Change of Name has been approved by the Mauritian Registrar and that the Change of Name is therefore unconditional.
