The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the release date of the Company’s consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 ended 30 September 2025, scheduled for 20 November 2025 (as announced in the current report No. 3/2025 dated 28 January 2025), has been changed to 1 December 2025.

Simultaneously, pursuant to Art 63 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state of the European Union, Company reiterates that the consolidated quarterly reports of GTC Group contain the quarterly financial information of the parent entity, and the Company does not submit separate standalone quarterly reports.

Legal grounds: Article 84, section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state of the European Union.
