Noteholders are advised that Eskom is aware of the communication of Eskom’s financial information to Parliament by the Department of Electricity and Energy (the Shareholder).

As per our internal process, draft financial information for the six months ended 30 September 2025 was disclosed to the Shareholder as part of quarterly reporting. The Shareholder presented the draft quarterly results to the Portfolio Committee on State Owned Enterprises on Wednesday, 12 November 2025.

Noteholders are advised that Group financial information is in draft and subject to the internal governance process and review by the Group’s auditors.

Final interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 will be published on 28 November 2025.
