Mr. Zhao John Huan, 60, has been a non-executive director of the Company since November 3, 2011. Mr. Zhao holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, dual master’s degrees in electric engineering and physics from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Nanjing University. He has been re-designated as a non-executive director of Legend Holdings Corporation (HKSE listed) with effect from January 1, 2020 and prior to that, he was an executive director, executive vice president and member of executive committee of Legend Holdings Corporation, a company having substantial interests in the issued shares of the Company. He is also the chairman of Hony Capital Limited. In addition, he currently holds the following positions: non-executive director of China Glass Holdings Limited, the chairman of the board and executive director of Best Food Holding Company Limited, chairman of the board and executive director of Goldstream Investment Limited 金涌投資有限公司 (formerly known as “International Elite Ltd.”) (all HKSE listed), a non-executive director of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. 中聯重科股份有限公司 (HKSE and Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed).
