His role includes setting up West Coast Group departments and establishing costing standards, setting up and monitoring inventory control systems, budget preparation and variance analysis, setting products selling price, maintaining financial books, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors, deal with banks on facilities and trade instruments, evaluate capital expenditures and monitoring returns, as well as guide and advise management on decisions to achieve set targets.
