Ms. Wendy Beale Needham served as the Managing Director for Global Automotive Research of Credit Suisse First Boston from August 2000 to June 2003. Ms. Needham provided investment research on the automotive industry, including extensive research on economic factors driving industry demand trends and impact on stock price performance. She was the Principal of Automotive Research of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette from 1994 to 2000, where she participated extensively in merger and equity issuance activities during a period of rapid auto industry consolidation. She served as an Equity Analyst of Crédit Suisse First Boston, Inc., Research Division. Ms. Needham has over 20 years’ experience in the Automotive Industry in various research positions. She has strong financial background and extensive knowledge of the automotive industry are great assets.
