Victor Dodig is President and Chief Executive Officer of the CIBC group of companies, a position he has held since 2014. He has served as a director on the CIBC board since 2014. With over 25 years of extensive business and banking experience, Victor has held leadership positions with UBS, Merrill Lynch, and McKinsey & Company.
In addition to his role at CIBC, Victor serves on the board of the Business Council of Canada and the Brookings Institute, International Advisory Council. He strongly advocates for inclusion in the workplace and chairs the Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Council at CIBC.
