Tonit M. Calaway has served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of BorgWarner Inc. since October 2020. Prior to that, Ms.&mbsp;Calaway served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of BorgWarner Inc. from 2018, where she oversaw the global legal function, and from 2016 through 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of BorgWarner, where she managed all aspects of human resources for employees around the globe, including compensation and benefits, talent management, labor, employment and related management issues. Before joining BorgWarner in 2016, Ms. Calaway held various positions during her approximately 18-year career at Harley-Davidson, Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources, where she guided company-wide leadership development, compensation and benefits, labor relations and diversity initiatives, and President of The Harley-Davidson Foundation. Ms. Calaway currently serves as a director of W.P. Carey since 2020. She previously served as a director of Astronics Corporation. Ms. Calaway is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Ms. Calaway brings significant human resources, operations, governance, international and legal expertise to the Air Products Board.
