Ms. Nora Johnson has served as Board Chair of Intuit since January 2022. Ms. Nora Johnson has been an Intuit director since 2007 and served as lead independent director from January 2016 to January 2022. She is Chair of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
