Mr. Dodge joined the Board in December 2023 effective with the merger of EchoStar and DISH Network Corporation and is a member of our Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee. Before the merger between EchoStar and DISH Network Corporation, Mr. Dodge served as a member of EchoStar Corporation’s Board of Directors from 2009 to December 2023. Mr. Dodge is currently the Chief Legal Officer of DraftKings Inc., where he oversees the legal, government affairs and corporate communications teams. From June 2007 until October 2017, Mr. Dodge was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of DISH Network Corporation and was responsible for all legal, government affairs and corporate communications for DISH and its subsidiaries. From October 2007 to November 2011, Mr. Dodge served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary under a management services agreement between DISH and EchoStar that was entered into in connection with the spin-off of EchoStar from DISH in 2008. Since November 1996 when Mr. Dodge joined DISH, he held various positions of increasing responsibility at DISH and its subsidiaries.
