Soraya brings extensive experience gained in various regional, global finance and general leadership roles across the FMCG sector and within the BAT Group. Prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Soraya was previously with BAT from 1998 to 2020, where she held a variety of executive roles, including Finance Director in France and CEO of Eastern and Southern Africa region.
