She is a director of Arizona Sonoran Copper Company and was previously Chair of the Board of Brio Gold Inc. She is a member of the Foundation for Mineral and Energy law, having previously served on the Board of the Arizona Mining Association and as a trustee of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
