Ross has more than 30 years of experience, including as the CEO of National Bank of Australia from 2019 until April 2024 and Group CEO of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) from 2013 to 2019. Prior to this, he held executive roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, First NZ Capital Securities and National Mutual Life Association of Australasia / AXA New Zealand.
