John W. Stanton has been a director of the Company since October 2015. Mr. Stanton was a director of Clearwire Corp. from 2008 to 2013, Chairman between 2011 and 2013, and interim Chief Executive Officer during 2011.

He is currently a director of Trilogy International Partners and Microsoft Corporation and was previously a director of Columbia Sportswear Company. Mr. Stanton’s qualifications to serve on the Board are his broad-ranging experiences, including senior leadership positions, in the areas of telecommunications and technology, and service on the boards of other companies.
