About
Mr. Yanhong Li, also known as Mr. Robin Yanhong Li, is our co-founder, chief executive officer and chairman of our Board of Directors, overseeing our overall strategy and business operations. Mr. Li has been serving as the chairman since our inception in January 2000 and as our chief executive officer since February 2004. Mr. Li served as our president from February 2000 to December 2003. Prior to founding our company, Mr. Li worked as an engineer for Infoseek, a pioneer in the search industry, and as a senior consultant for IDD Information Services. Mr. Li currently serves on the board of New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc., a private educational services provider in China (NYSE: EDU; SEHK: 9901), Trip.com, an online travel agency in China (NASDAQ: TCOM) and iQIYI (NASDAQ: IQ). Mr. Li received a bachelor’s degree in information science from Peking University and a master’s degree in computer science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
