About
I am a Partner and Managing Director for the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on Retail within the Consumer Practice Area. I bring over 20 years of deep fashion and apparel operating expertise in wholesale, retail, eCommerce and international. With a dedicated and passionate team, we are collectively growing BCG’s fashion retail expertise in North America. My multi-channel and multi-brand experience bridges from luxury to contemporary fashion segments.
Being around BCG’s intellectual capital every day is very appealing to me. I rejoined BCG this year after first working here during the 1980s, which is when I discovered that I wanted to do retail. Prior to my return to BCG, I spent 15 years at Ralph Lauren, where I had a diverse career that spanned the organization. I held several senior-level executive roles with deep operational expertise. I worked across multiple channels, including wholesale, retail, and international eCommerce. My last role was Chief Operating Officer at Club Monaco, which I held for four years. As COO, I had full P&L responsibility of global operations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. I oversaw retail and international operations, store communications, eCommerce, franchising, merchandise planning/store planning/allocation, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, real estate, finance, and IT.
Currently, I am on the board of the Children’s Cancer and Blood Foundation. Previously, I served as Treasurer for Dress for Success, an international non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the economic independence for disadvantaged women.
In addition, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Reiss, a UK-based fashion brand and international retail store chain.
