Richard W. Fisher has served as senior advisor to Barclays PLC since 2015. He served as president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 2005 until March 2015. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Fisher was vice chairman and managing partner of Kissinger McLarty Associates. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Fisher served as Deputy U.S. Trade Representative with the rank of Ambassador. He was senior manager of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Mr. Fisher has served as a director of Tenet Healthcare Corporation and of Beneficient Company Group since 2017. Mr. Fisher previously served on the boards of AT&T, Inc. and PepsiCo Inc. from 2015 through 2021.
