He has served on the board of directors of Twilio, Inc. since 2014, where serves on the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Dalzell was a director of AOL.com, Inc. from 2009 until it was acquired by Verizon Communications Inc. in 2015. Mr. Dalzell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
