Mr. Ralph Alvarez, also known as Raul, is the Chairman of First Watch Restaurant Group, Inc since December 2019. While at Wendy’s from 1990 to 1994, he served as both a Corporate Vice President and as Division Vice President of Florida. He has been Independent Director of Lowe’s Companies, Inc. since August 2010. He served as Lead Independent Director of Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. since May 15, 2013 until December 15, 2020 and served as its Director since May 16, 2012 until December 15, 2020. Mr. Alvarez had been Independent Director of Realogy Holdings Corp. from August 2013 to May 2018. He had been an Independent Director of Anywhere Real Estate Group LLC (Formerly, Realogy Group LLC) since August 2013 and served as its Manager. Mr. Alvarez has been an Independent Director of Eli Lilly and Company since April 1, 2009. Mr. Alvarez served as the executive chairman of Skylark Co., Limited from January 2013 to March 2018 and served as its Director. He served as a Director at National Retail Federation Inc. Mr. Alvarez served as Director of McDonald’s Corporation from January 2008 to December 31, 2009.
