Mr. Taneja served on the board of directors of Ellie Mae from June 2015 until April 2019, including on its Technology and Cybersecurity Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Taneja holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University.
