Dr. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek was elected as member of Sulzer’s Board of Directors in 2023. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek has more than 20 years of experience in the finance sector, focusing on Finance Management in large international companies. She is currently CFO of Jenoptik AG. In 2021 she co-founded Arcadia eFuels, a start-up supporting decarbonization of the aviation industry. In 2019, she joined the industrial goods manufacturer Nilfisk A/S, which she left in 2021 after completing the restructuring. From 2018 to 2019, she was CFO of Novozymes A/S in Denmark, a listed Biotech company. There she was instrumental in repositioning the portfolio towards stronger growth and performance-orientation. Between 2016 and 2018 she served as CFO at Kuoni Group in Switzerland. Prior to that (2011 to 2016), she served as CFO for the Pharma Contract Manufacturing Division of the life science company Royal DSM in USA. Before she held various positions in leading strategy consulting and M&A assignments, Investor Relations and Finance Planning.
