Phyllis R. Yale has been one of our directors since July 2016. Ms. Yale has been an Advisory Partner with Bain & Company, Inc. (“Bain”), a global management consulting firm, since July 2010. Ms. Yale was a partner with Bain from 1987 to July 2010 and was a leader in building Bain’s healthcare practice. In her role at Bain, Ms. Yale works with healthcare payors, providers, and medical device companies, and frequently advises the world’s leading private equity firms on their investments in the healthcare sector. She has served as a member of the board of directors of several public and private companies in the healthcare sector, and since November 2019 has served as a member of the board of directors of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, a global biopharmaceutical company. Ms. Yale previously served as chair of the board of directors of Kindred HealthCare, Inc., a provider of long-term healthcare services in the United States, and as chair of the board of directors of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, a not-for-profit health plan headquartered in Boston, and has served on the board of directors of various other public, non-profit and privately held corporations.
