Mr. Patrick Lemaire has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Boralex Power Inc. September 2006, administrator of Boralex Power Limited Partnership. He has been Non-Independent Director at Cascades Inc. since July 22, 2016 and serves as its Chairman since May 09, 2024. Mr. Lemaire has been Director of Boralex Inc. since June 2006 and Boralex Power Inc., since February 22, 2007. He serves as a Trustee of Boralex Power Trust. In 2016, he received the Prix d’excellence from the Cercle des Dirigeants d’Entreprises Franco-Québécois. In 2017, he was a finalist at the Quebec EY Entrepreneur of the year Awards and ranked as the 58th most influential individual in the wind industry by the British magazine A Word about Wind. Mr. Lemaire graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of laval (Quebec) in 1988.
