About
Paola Boromei, at Snam since March 2017, is Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Organization & PFM.
She started her career in the L’OrĂ©al Group in 2000, where she remained until 2011, holding roles of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources and Marketing departments of the Mass Market Division. In 2005, she was appointed Human Resources Director of L’OrĂ©al Prodotti di Lusso S.p.A.
In 2008, she was called to serve as Human Resources Director in Europe, at the Paris headquarters, and later became Global HR Director of the Travel Retail Division. In the following two years, she earned an Executive Master’s degree in Business, from INSEAD Business School (CEDEP).
From 2011 to 2013 she was Head of Human Resources for the Mediterranean region at Ernst & Young. From the end of 2013 to February 2017 she was Head of Human Resources and Organisation at Humanitas, within the Techint Group.
After joining Snam HRO, she also assumed responsibility for the Real Estate and Internal Communications function.
Today she is, since June 2020, Independent Board Director at Pirelli S.p.A. and, since November 2019, Board Member at Snam Rete Gas S.p.A. In the four years 2017-2020, she was also Secretary of the Snam Remuneration Committee, from 2017 to 2019 Board Member at Terega S.a.S. and, from 2019 to 2020, Board Member at ADAPT and, from 2020 to 2023, Independent Board Director at Grifal S.p.A..
