Nelda J. Connors has been a director of Boston Scientific since December 2009. Ms. Connors is the founder, chairwoman and chief executive officer of Pine Grove Holdings, LLC, a privately held investment company that acquires and operates small-to-middle market businesses primarily focused in power generation, SAAS, advanced material and transportation/logistics end-markets. Ms. Connors serves as a director of Baker Hughes, Zebra Technologies Corporation and Otis Worldwide, and serves as an independent advisor to Nissan North America and Vibracoustic. She previously served as a Class B director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and on the boards of Atkore, Blount International, CNH Industrial, N.V., Clarcor, Inc., Echo Global Logistics, EnerSys Inc. Vesuvius plc and BorgWarner Inc. She was formerly an appointed member for the Takata Independent Quality Assurance Panel to investigate the airbag inflator recall. Ms. Connors received her B.S. and M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton.
