Nadège Petit, born in 1980, studied at the University of Technology of Compiegne, France and completed her studies with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. In 2013, she completed an Executive MBA program at Kingston University, London.
Nadège started with Schneider Electric in 2004 and has had multiple operational and management roles overseeing large sales, marketing and R&D organizations across Europe, Hong Kong, and United States. From 2018 to 2021, as Executive Vice President of the Power Products Division, she was responsible for the overall global management of the core low voltage power electrical distribution business. Since May 2021, Nadège is the Chief Innovation Officer of Schneider Electric and a member of its global Executive Committee. Nadège is responsible for developing the future businesses, technology, and business models of Schneider Electric by cultivating open innovation through external partnerships, business incubations, investments, and joint ventures that are focused on digitization, electrification, and sustainability
