I am a transformative leader, delivering breakthrough business results and step-changing organisational capabilities and culture. Today, I lead P&G’s North America business, the Company’s largest and most profitable region which accounts for 50% of net sales. This organization serves 370 million consumers in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, spanning sales offices, technical centres, manufacturing plants and mixing centres across the region. I have helped turn around and accelerate the Company’s results in the region, driving growth and value creation across 65 brands and 10 product categories.
I am passionate about creating strategic business models that deliver joint value and building coalitions across a wide array of stakeholders to solve complex issues. I have a track record in organizational design and development to create a growth-minded, winning culture that attracts and retains top talent. My bold approach to equality and inclusion has accelerated thought leadership and delivered tangible results.
I am proud to be on P&G’s Corporate Women’s Leadership Team and serve as the Executive Leader of P&G’s Global African Ancestry Leadership Network. I am a Trustee on the Board of the University of Cincinnati, and I previously served on the Boards of NextUp (formerly the Network of Executive Women) as Chair, Catalyst, and the Mercy Hospital System.
