Mike Schlotman has served as a member of Kellogg Company’s Board of Directors since October 2020. Mr. Schlotman serves on the Audit Committee and the Social Responsibility and Public Policy Committee.
Mr. Schlotman was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kroger from September 2015 through December 2019. Before that, he was elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2003, and Group Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2000. Prior to that he was elected Vice President and Corporate Controller in 1995, and served in various positions in corporate accounting since joining Kroger in 1985.
He is a member of the Chair of the Board of Connetic Ventures LLC and Ohio National Financial Services. Mr. Schlotman is also a member of the Gatton College Accounting Advisory Board.
Mr. Schlotman received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
