Mr. Forrester served as CEO of Copper Rock Capital Partners from 2014 to 2021, where he was responsible for leading all aspects of a $7 billion-plus investment management boutique, including business strategy, operations, marketing, human resources, finance, systems, compliance, and risk management. Prior to that, he served as chief operating officer there from 2007 to 2013, providing leadership and execution of growth strategy for targeting new investment management teams; oversight and launching of multiple new global investment strategies; implementation of new risk management, trade cost analysis and portfolio accounting systems; and management of the overall financial plans and practices, including budgeting, profit and loss, accounting, tax, audit and strategic growth strategy for the firm.

Mr. Forrester has over 30 years of wide-ranging experience in the investment management industry combined with more than 17 years of both corporate and mutual fund board experience.
