Previously, Mr. Webb served as SVP and CIO at Gateway, Inc., a computer manufacturer, and VP and CIO at Bay Networks, Inc., a computer networking products manufacturer. Mr. Webb currently serves on the board of directors of Visa Inc., and within the past five years, also served as Chairman of the Board of Yahoo! Inc.
