Ms. West retired as Senior Vice President, Chief Growth Officer of The Hershey Company, a global confectionary manufacturer and marketer, in January 2020 after serving in that role since May 2017.
Prior to that, Ms. West served as Executive Vice President, Chief Customer and Marketing Officer of J. C. Penney Company, Inc., a department store retailer, from 2015 to March 2017. From 2012 to 2014, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Category and Marketing Officer of Mondelez International, Inc., one of the world’s largest snack companies. Ms. West served as Chief Marketing Officer of Kraft Foods, Inc. from 2007 to 2012 and held a variety of other general management and marketing roles at Kraft Foods, Inc., since beginning her career there in 1986.
