Dr Martin von Hoyningen-Huene is a mechanical engineer and began his professional career as a business consultant and project manager at McKinsey & Company. Since 2009 he held responsibility for numerous tractor model series worldwide in his various roles at John Deere, including as Head of Development. After holding various other positions, in 2018 Dr von Hoyningen-Huene was appointed manager of the John Deere factory in Arc-les-Gray (France). He joined the CLAAS Group Executive Board on 1 April 2021 and is responsible for the Business Unit Tractors and CLAAS Industrietechnik.
