Martha (Marti) Morfitt has been a member of our Board since December 2008. She has served as a principal of River Rock Partners, Inc., a business and cultural transformation consulting firm since 2008. Ms. Morfitt served as the CEO of Airborne, Inc. from October 2009 to March 2012.

She served as the President and CEO of CNS, Inc. a manufacturer and marketer of consumer healthcare products, from 2001 through March 2007. From 1998 to 2001, she was Chief Operating Officer of CNS, Inc.

Ms. Morfitt currently serves on the board of directors of Graco, Inc., a fluid handling systems and components company, and Olaplex, a haircare company. She served on the Board of Mercer International, Inc., a forest products company, from 2017 to 2020, and Life Time Fitness, Inc., an operator of fitness and athletic centers from 2008 to 2015.

She received her HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
