Ms. Margaret S. Billson, also known as Peg, has been an Independent Director of CAE Inc. since August 12, 2015. She has served as Director of General Electric Company since December 1, 2023. Ms. Billson served as Independent Director of Arconic Corporation from 2020 until August 18, 2023. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Aftermarket Services and President of Aftermarket Services, a division of BBA Aviation plc from January 2013 until September 12, 2016. Ms. Billson served as Vice President of engineering for Honeywell Engines. Ms. Billson served as Vice President of the MD-11, MD-80 and MD-90 programs at McDonnell Douglas Corporation. At Eclipse, Ms. Billson was responsible for all areas of operations, including Engineering, Program Management, Management of Information Systems, Supply Chain Management and Operations. She served as a Director of SkyWest Airlines, Inc. since 2006. Ms Billson served as a Director of SkyWest Inc. from November 2006 until May 5, 2015. In recognition of her industry accomplishments, she has been inducted into Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Hall of Fame. She served as a consultant for the Gerson Lehman Group and for the Carlyle Group. Ms. Billson serves on advisory boards for Global Aviation and Basin Holdings. Ms. Billson is also an instrument-rated pilot. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautical Engineering, where she serves on the University’s President’s Advisory board. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering-Aerospace from California State University at Long Beach.
