Subsequently, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of BP Global Aromatics, a $5 billion global chemicals business, from 2016 to 2020.

Mr. Sierra’s leadership is characterized by his exceptional industrial and international operations expertise, strategic commercial insight, and financial acumen. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has extensive experience working across borders and cultures, enhancing his ability to navigate diverse business landscapes effectively.

Educationally, Mr. Sierra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
